I was recently in a car accident, where the other car failed to yield the right away. I was driving northbound on a street. I had turned on my right signal to turn in the gas station, where there is a intersection. a car travelling southbound on the street, decided to try and make a left turn. my truck hit his rear end on the back of his truck. his insurance company only wants to pay 90 percent of the damages. and wants me to pay the remainder. the other car was given the ticket. should i have to pay anything for my damages?
