I was rear ended really hard during work in company van..Workers comp will pay

for everything but? I want my own Chiro about neck and back pain..excluding workers comp..Workers comp telling me to see their own chiro who's within the network so they can pay for it...I told them that I want to see my own and go after the other guy insurance excluding workers comp. And I went to see them 3 times already..What happens next.. Is that ok to do? No lawyer and no police report were file..
