...my car. What do I do? My car is registered in Wisconsin but my drivers license is from Illinois. The Officer on the scene gave me back my license because I wasn't at fault. My car is totaled and I had an existing loan on the car. My insurance expired last month but the towing fees and storage are piling up. This happened on 9/9/09 so its still recent.
