knee turned a bit ? It hurts to turn my right knee to the right side, not the left. When I sit down on my knees for a long time and try to straighten out my knee, it hurts so much. I think I sprained it, but I am not sure.
 
make sure you didn't tear your ligaments though.
you might need an xray to check for fracture or dislocation.
if you tore your ligaments the xray wont show that, you need an MRI for that to be detected.
