I was overdosed on Topamax,I would like a lawyer to look at my case?

I was pre scripte Topamax for my Migranes it turned out I as given to much and made me anorexic .Now he denies that this was the case ,I have all my paperwork and notes in order.I am looking for someone to help meThis medicine is an anticonvulsant used with other medicines to control certain types of seizures. I got this to prevent a headache in its worst case.
I have all the site effects ,memory loss, acute pain,plus I have become anorexic,not because I wanted to.He gave me to much,He knows it too.The doses was to high.This medicine is an anticonvulsant used with other medicines to control certain types of seizures. I sufferd from migraens not seizures or confvulsants I went to the Hospital to save my own life.The first time I went I had acute pain and felt like I was having a stroke.aAfter getting home from this I researched all my meds and doses giving, that is how I found out what was happening to me.Went back to Hospital to tell them I found my problem and I need help.I was being taking of this med slowley so I would not have a seizure .I felt like a junky that needs to come down from meds .I am looking for a real answer here ,not some smart comment from a another Doctor that has no clue what this has done to me and my life.
I am anorexic due to the overdose,I did eat and kept myself alive with good foods greens , berry's Gatorade,I know he did this to me.I have my paperwork,all Doctors I have seen are covering they own asses by telling me I have to go back and see this guy.Now to this Doctor.he was suposse to send me to a memory loss study,later he denied me the study and said I was stressed out.I was not stressed out,I was trying to find out my problem, wich I did he overdosed me.I am wondering what he was after to begin with.My childrend say he wanted to make a Monica out of me like Clinton had.I sure feel this way no after being off this med and now I am on IMITREX take only if you feel a migraen coming on.

Anorexia is self imposed starvation. If you were talking a medication that took away your appetite you had the option to stop taking it at any time. You are most likely malnourished (and maybe underweight) from lack of eating due to your poor appetite from the medication.........you are not anorexic.

You could have prevented your current condition by not taking the meds and seeing another doctor. Medications have different side effects on everyone

I don't see a case by the farthest strength of the imagination.

One of the things that meds do is work on the cns to alter or block the messages sent to the brain. That is why they would use the anticonvulsant to try to control the migraines. The real trouble with this is that the migraines have their origin in the muscles outside the brain and until you go after them you are going to continue to be plagued by the same thing.
