here in Houston it's touch and go, on one corner you might get 2-3 minutes of decent coverage, you can put your phone in your pocket and walk to grab some coffee and sit down and you're sucking wind.

ATT/Cing high speed internet (I think NYC is well covered) and you would want the Media Max 200, if you wanted to add it right now sign into cingular.com, change your phone to something like the sync and then go to add new "stuff" (I can't remember the exact name) in that window you should see the media max 200 plan

Oh and you'll probably want to take your current pda connect off the blackjack before you add the MM200 so do that and wait a few days.
