i was never taught how to clean and cook i dont know what to do?

For some reason I don't think that you are american..lol.. because foriegn moms are always saying things like that when it comes gto cooking and cleaning. Well the thing is my mom never thought me anything like that either but I realize that I have to clean like this because when I know how the things are supppose to look like when they are clean.. think about it this way.. try to make the thing look as new as possible.. and with the cooking thing.. I used to watch her little bit and then I picked it up but I had to expirement a lot before I got it
 
My mom never took the time to teach me how to cook, she also never taught me how to really clean . Now that I am back home she doesn't want me to turn on the stove when she and my dad are not home and well I learned how to cook some things on my own but I don't know why she says that. She demands me to clean but I was never really taught how to do things properly then she complains and yells and say I only half clean things. It's really frustrating because she will tell me how I am not going to get a husband who can put up with that type of stuff, and I need to do this and that :(
