...took the check...? ...from me, what do i do?
The check was for almost four thousand dollars over the amount i owed them and they claim that they will refund the balance " as they see fit". I feel like i just got lied to, and i've been told that i made a mistake by signing over the check. I NEED HELP, OPINIONS OR ANSWERS!!!!
