I received the tickets and was in car alone when crashed into woman in Illinois. The other car was a mercedes($$$), I am not rich and out of work but we carried state law coverage of $15K. Can she go after my house? Can she go after boyfriends house? Can she go after my retirement accounts? Can she go after his retirement accounts? Doesn't the insurance company have to send a lawyer on my behalf if she sues? I am so worried yet when i've been in accidents that were not my fault I've always gotten screwed.
