So while on the highway the traffic all of a sudden stop i slowed down but the lady behind me hit me. THx god we're all fine the damage to my car isnt too bad ($950). What happened was that she hit me causing another person to hit her. But now her insurance company is saying that they are not responsible because another car hit her (this person left) causing her to hit me (which is not true). but regardless r they still responsible???
