...company for a settlement? I was in a car accident and was hit from behind my son was in the car and i was 10 weeks pregnant. I have had to live with a family memeber since then and the insurance company has been paying him care giver benefits but i am not ale to work as i got nerve damage to my one side of my body. I have two kids and am sick of having someone else take care of them my doctor has me on medication but it doesnt always help. I have been in pain for close to two years and dont know how much more i can take when will this pain stop so i can be the moother i want to be to my kids and will the insurance company pay me for my pain and mental issues this has done to me
 
If the accident was that serious where you still cannot work two years later, you really should seek legal representation. You need a long term plan. I'm sorry this happened to you.
