a friend was driving infront of me and i hit her when she randomly decided to stop on a turn. i slammed on the breaks but still tapped her car.. i scratched bearly any paint off.. but i guess i messed up her bumper support underneath, because i pushed it back when we hit.. and her trunk is kinda harder to close.. she told me she would just get her friend to fix it for cheap.. but now she wants to take it to a shop.. & its going to cost me!.. soooo..
what should i do? can i still call my insurance? & do you think it can help me out? what can they do?.
i wanna say she has some fault in this too! she shouldnt have stopped out of nowhere.. but i know i shouldnt have followed soo close!

she told me it was an estimate for her car's damage..
