I was hit by a car while riding my bike what should I do?

I was riding my bike to school and stopped at a Timmy's exit to wait for the car to pass. I waited for the car to go but they didnt so i started to peddle and then the car hit me. I dont have any injuries and I wasnt wearing a helmet. My bike is totalled.
 
the driver is at fault. call the police, take down the license plate numbers, fake an injury, and hire an attorney.
