Iwas given a used audiovox cdm-8910 and accidentaly locked the keypad. I don't know the code. "does it matter that its a cricket?"
I should add that i can't read or see anything on it...?
 
Try this:

Settings-->System-->Security-->Default last 4 digits of your phone number-->Lock phone

You can also try and press and hold the * (STAR) or # (POUND) key until the phone locks.

That is usually the fastest way to unlock a phone, also it won't really matter what network your on (Cricket) to unlock it, however unless the phone has come "Unlocked" you might have trouble hooking it up to say Verizon or AT&T.
