down my neck on the left side? My left side of my tongue is numb yet i do not have any paralysis in my face, and the headache is constant. I have had Bells Palsy before and i dont remember it being this painful and that time i did have paralysis on the right side of my face. Has anyone heard of having it without paralysis. The symptoms began 24 hrs before i went to the doctor. Any help would be great
