I have tried to contact the company to ask why I received handset, and to confirm I dont have a contract, but no reply from them. It hasa s im card in the parcel, that says if i put it in the phone then I am bound to contract, does this mean if I dont I can keep phone etc??

ooooh this is a weird one, I would probaly keep it for a while without putting the sim card in dn if they dont write to you asking for it back then buy a cheap pay as you go sim card adn use that in it!

Well phone companies will not give you a phone for free or at discount with no contract. They are in the business to make money.

So probably what will happen is when the SIM switches over, it will put a contract on your line. If you do not return the phone to the company and you instead keep it without activating it, you will not be under contract, however you may find a nasty "non-return phone" charge on your bill, equivalent to the full price of the phone. Sorry!

Hmm, Check about for anythijng on the box that says a phone number on it, and for papers in the box because they usually say things about the contract. But if you were declined then dont put that sim in use your own sim, wish they would have done that with me lol.
