i was caught with weed in the car and a scale. wat is the worst case scenario..?

The paraphernalia normally is associated with the sale and distribution and if they have supporting evidence to that effect you could be looking at a felony (prison ) depending on what state you are in.

Pennsylvania - jail up to 1 year - $ 500 fine

What's the worst case scenario? Depends on the state and your age, the volume of marijuana really doesn't matter because the state will crucify you thanks to the scale. You likely will lose the car through forfeiture and may be sent to jail depending on your past history.
