...had been used on Master Chef Aust? Although coles gave it the euphemistic name of "Asian Melon" possibly to conceal the gourd's foul flavour. The first and last time I cooked with bitter melon was easily the worst cooking experience I have ever had, so when I saw that Master Chef had cooked with it, I wondered if it were possible to make bitter melon edible, I have looked on the Master Chef website and I have only found a recipe for fuzzy/winter melon. Does anybody know what week Master Chef cooked with bitter melon/asian melon/bitter gourd? Is there a recipe on the Master Chef website that I couldn't find? I would love to see some of the top amateur chefs cooking with it. Thanks
