co-worker & decided to ...? go to get a little "face time" in with my manager and his manager (a number of people from the office were in attendance). I was chatting with the co-worker's husband when a little particle of something flew out of my mouth and landed on his knee. It was pretty tiny but not so tiny as to be invisible unfortunately. I am 99% sure he saw it. But we just both sat there and pretended it didn't happen. Needless to say I was incredibly embarrassed. What should I have done? I thought about brushing it off his leg but I thought that might be interpreted the wrong way too. Should I have said something and apologized?
