...expect a drug test? I got arrested attempting to get a fake ID. My charges were pretty serious until they were lessened so i could qualify for PTI. 50 hours of community service is what they gave me but what i want to know is that since my offense was not drug related should i expect to be drug tested?
 
Part of pretrial intervention is seeing if the person involved made a simple mistake or if they truly don't care about breaking laws. Given this, you should expect random urine analysis for drug abuse. Failure to pass will remove the sanctions given to you and the original charges will be reinstated.

Best advice is to play it straight until the PTI is over and your charge is lessened. It just isn't worth taking the chances.
