I wanted to send my condolences to the victims of the flash floods in Istanbul?

I just saw today on yahoo news this horrible tragedy, and I wanted to send my condolences to the victims and their families. I know some of you here are from Istanbul, or have friends and family here. I also wish your country well in rebuilding.

Because there must be a question in this: Are there any agencies accepting donations for the families or the city?
I meant I wish your city well in rebuilding (I know someone is going to think I thought Istanbul is a country. I know Turkey is the country).
