neighborhood, do I need a permit? My Neighbors are close on one side but I plan on forwarning them. It's scheduled to go from 730 to 1130/12. The police station is right up the street. Should I run it over with them? How would I go about that?

I live in Michigan...if that's neccesary for information/law wise.
