I want wifi and UMTS

All i want is a phone that will have wifi and UMTS. I've been following the cingular 8525/htc tytn for a long time but here recently i've been wanting a smartphone. Never had a smartphone/ppc before and don't really have a preference in OS. I do, however, simply want the aforementioned wifi and UMTS 1900Mhz. (btw, i've looked at the N80 but have heard bad things.)
