I want to write a story give me ideas?

I've had dreams of becoming an author but I could never finish my stories because if you ever have that feeling like when you're reading a book, and think "Wow I could never have come up with that." and that's the feeling I get when I write my stories. I can never think of ideas.
Can someone give me an idea on something I could write about?
Anything I'll take all ideas it could be about anything. I'll like drama and crime but I'll stick with whatever you give me.
 
plan out story first then write
it helps 2 have plans with you at all time so you can jot down ideas
