I want to work out & gain a more toned, ripped look again & gain some upper body...

...strength? Before I lost my job I was in great shape & had a good overall "in shape" look.

I'm 23 years old, 6'0 and 165lbs. I haven't worked hard or lifted in year or so due to getting layed off from my job as a Underground Coal Miner (which is pretty hard work with heavy lifting). So and I have gained about 15lbs of fat (that was needed) and loose skin/meat. I can tell I'm defenity out of shape & get winded alot quicker now than what I did this time last year.

What kind of work outs & weights (how much weight) should I lift & do in order to gain maybe a few inches of mass & get a average ripped look & gain a strong back & upper body strength, so I can go back work without the fear of getting worn out too quick. In addition what kind of diet and eating habits should I have as well.

If you know of any good enhancements & supplements that GNC and such has to offer, the work well, let me know.
