I want to use an image as a base for the flash in Dreamweaver CS5?

Hi buddies,So herez the deal....

I am new to Dreamweaver,I am working with tables.In a cell of a table I am using an image. In same cell over the image i want to put a flash banner on it.But after so much try not able to do it...

anyway to do it?

and also can i create another cell with in a cell of table?
