I want to upgrade the sound system in my "1988 Ford Ranger XLT". It has everything stock in it, besides the stereo.
I would some day like to get one or two subs behind my seats (obviously i would need a truck box... what's a good one???), and I think there would be space for an amp in between the seats too.
You need an amp with subs right?
Anyway, I want to know:
1) Should I replace the speakers first?
2) Need to know the stock speaker sizes (in dash and behind seats)
3) Good truck box
4) Good subs
5) Good amp
Not looking to spend more than 150 on speakers.
Not looking to spend more than 300 on one amp and one sub (I can always buy another one later right?)
Anything else, just ask.
