Don't know if you'll see one more post before you go to your family, but I wanted to chime in and wish you the very best! Maybe you can bribe the nurses to bring you a pizza!

LAF - Thank you so much !! I'm glad to see that you are in a good state of mind , and i wish you a speedy and healthy recovery.. I am anxious to just get this over with and before i no it , i will be lieing in the recovery room thanking god that it's all over with.. I do no the road to recovery will be a long one . and will test my patients But i will survive and get threw this.....

Good luck, Dev and i'll keep you in my thoughts! I hope all goes well with your surgery and don't be too nervous! I thought id be ill right before mine as I'd never had any surgery before, but I actually was happy and couldnt wait for it to be over so that maybe I could walk normal again. Plus I was in alot of pain that day from trying to walk from the parking garage to the hospital. I did have my parents holding my arms, but it was still agony. I had no nervousness at all, I was just anxious to be fixed. Just keep thinking that the surgery will help and once healed, you'll be so much better. Again, I wish you lots of luck!!!!
