I want to teach students about world cultures.?

What degree would I study? Anthropology? Humanities? Geography?

I was thinking cultural anthropology, but when I looked up the programs at two nearby schools, the programs look very dull and not at all focused on what I'd think they'd be focused on.

I love travel and love sharing the things I've learned about different cultures more than anything. I appreciate any input!
 
You wouldn't want cultural anthropology unless you really wanted to learn A LOT about cultures yourself, and write books about it. If you want to teach school aged students, you'd want to study Social Studies and Geography. Of course as a school teacher, you can really add it to most subjects. I teach a lot about it through music classes.
