I want to study abroad, particularly in USA?

I'm a senior in High school and our graduation is in less than 3 months. Sad to say, I don't think I'm going to graduate. I failed 2 subjects in the past two quarters, and this 3rd quarter.. I'm sure I am going to fail again. (if you must know:: this has been a very dramatic year for me.. having a bad break up with my bf and seeing him everyday in school, not being who I used to be and people started hating me because of it. Anyway, damage is done. So I plan to start a new life in US. I can proudly say that I am not a weak student, when I was in junior year I only get As and Bs. I just started flunking my grades because of the break up. So please help, I want to start all over again, but not here)

ANYWAY. I am planning to drop out of regular school and study abroad and repeat my senior year.. but not in a regular school, since I have issues with dealing with people. anyway..I have a lot of questions in mind:
1. Is there any school program that will not require you to go to school everyday, not like regular school. like.. only 3 times a day..and then take some school/paper works home and then return it to school afterwards??? (I dunno what it is called, I heard it's called charter school, but here in the Phils it's called home study)
2. Does that kind of school program require less period of time to finish one level? (Home study here only takes about 4months tops. I need to catch up)
3. Do I really need a student visa? Can't I just use my tourist visa? (It wouldn't take a year anyway, and I'm not going to a regular school.)
4. Should I repeat junior year again? Or can I repeat just my senior year? (I heard that when you transfer to US schools, they'd make you repeat a year.)
5. If I really need to get a student visa, how long is the process? Cause I really need to catch up on my studies.

I'd probably be staying in LA, CA since that's where my relatives live. No financial problems, don't worry.

Please help. Thank you very much!

And I live in the Philippines btw. And I would like to learn more of this "charter school" I'm hearing. Lol. Ty!
