I want to learn how to cook, because my granny is really old and my mum isn't so good at it. So, I want some suggestions from you, my ladies: what dishes should I learn to prepare first? What are the easiest and the most delicious I can make on my own? I hope you'll help me, thanks! :D

I love to cook, and it is not a science but an art. If you cant follow a recipe to the T it is ok! I mean somethings like yeast, baking soda, stuff like that cant be skipped, but you learn as you go. Sometimes you spend the whole day cooking and at the last minute something goes terribly wrong and you eat a delivery pizza for dinner:) Trial and error expect it.
For dinner I would start off with a whole chicken.
Go to the store buy a whole chicken.
a box of stovetop stuffing
Your favourite vegetable
Some rolls
go to seasoning isle and find some seasoning that says rotisserie chicken seasoning. It will be redish
If you cant find that lawlery seasoning, pepper, garlic salt will work,
Lets get cooking_ make your stuffing according to the directions on the package, using a little less water let sit and go to your chicken.
SO rinse your chicken out and take the giblets(loose meat in cavity of chicken) out of the middle of the chicken. put in a baking dish take your butter and rub your chicken all over if you can get your hand under the skin a little by the top put some butter in there too. Then take your stuffing and place it inside the chicken push it back as far as you can until it reaches the front. Then take your rotisserie seasoning and sprinkle it all over the outside of your chicken don't be afraid to use too much, it flavors the inside of the chicken and some will fall off during basting. Take a piece of yarn/string tie the chickens legs closed to hold in stuffing. Bake your chicken at 1/2 hour per pound at 350 degrees.. Look at the label on the chicken it will say Weight. So a 4 pound chicken will bake 2 hours get it? Let it cook, check on it every 30 minutes and baste it with the juice that is in the bottom of the pan. If you cant get any juice just add a little slab of butter ot the top of the chicken every 1/2 hour-this is why we used so much seasoning to begin with- the butter pushes some of it off. Then when your chicken is almost done put in your rolls and cook your veggie. Very easy to do! Very easy! And it tastes like your a gourmet cook and impressed everyone. May I suggest going down the dessert isle and looking for something yummy to serve, Like a no bake cheesecake, very easy everything is in the box and all you need is pan and butter. Good luck girlfriend and if you need help or more ideas feel free to email - Im full of ideas.
