There is an empty store on a popular street in my town, which is next to a university. Can you offer good ideas for kinds of stores to open there? And how much will opening this kind of store cost? On this street there is currently various international restaurants, FedEx printing, two coffee shops, a club, a pizza place/bar, a book store, and a jewelry store. All of these are currently not options for me, as there would be too much competition.
