...a good one? I need to go to a boot camp to help kick my butt into getting back into shape. I am looking for one that is reputable, and not too expensive, but am willing to pay for good results. Anyone know of any?
I am overweight, but not obese. I need to lose 30 lbs. Thus saying, The Biggest Loser is not an option.
