I haven't been able to get ahold of the seller, he is in the military so he may have had to move. I paid w/a check for the Jeep so he then took it to his bank to pay off his note. And I just forgot all about the title its now been 4 years!! Can I file for lost title even tho the title was never in my name?
I want to sell my jeep but I now realize I never received the title. What do I do?
