...Sprint store to exchange it? I've had this phone for 16 days, and it's very confusing to operate. I got it from Best Buy, but they don't carry the different type of phone that I would like to get. Does anyone know if it's possible for me to take the phone I don't want to a Sprint store for an exchange, or do I have to stick with Best Buy?

No, they are a 3rd party retailer and pay for the phones themselves. Sprint stores would not be able to put it back in their inventory. You could probably return it to best buy then buy the one you want at sprint though but you would have to ask how the contract would be affected.

just take it back to bestbuy, then go to the sprint store and buy the other one.
