Well... The title was signed over to me... and i signed the title... But I dont have a drivers lisence and i cant register the car without having insurance and to have insurance i need a drivers linsence. I dont want the car anyway ...not anymore. But I have a friend who is in need of the car and i want to transfer it over to her. Could i place her name on the title too and have her register it under her name and insure the car under her name? Or how can i get rid of this car. I dont have a drivers lincense... am i stuck with this car forever?
