okay so i got a new blackberry curve about 8 days ago, the internet connection was really bad so they replaced the balckberry curve with the one i have now, okay so this ones internet is 2 times worse than the other one but verizon keeps saying "we cant replace it, we dont see anything wrong with it" like honestly its really pissing me the f*** off im paying 30 bucks a month for internet that dosnt even work. what should i say to make them replace it i still have a 30 day warranty, i call 4 times and day and even visit the store but no matter how much i try they never change it. help!!!! what should i say to make them replace it????? (also, i have a two year contract so i can;t switch to any other phone except for the blackberry curve)
