I want to put WoW on a USB flash drive...?

I just got a new laptop and I have been playing WoW for years on a desktop but the desktop has ONLY 512 MB of RAM and this laptop has 4 GB. So now I want to play WoW on the laptop instead and I don't want to install it on the LT so I was wondering if I could install it from my desktop onto a USB drive and play WoW on this computer and be way faster. Like I can go into Dalaran and not lag at all or atleast not very much because I can't even go into Dalaran or I get stuck and have to have someone get me out. I have WoTLK and I know it would run really good on this computer but I don't even know if I can put it all on a USB drive or not. so here are my exact questions:
1.) Can I install WoW WoTLK to a USB drive?
2.) If so, how many GB's does the USB drive need to be?
3.) How do I put WoW WoTLK on a USB drive?
4.) If I lost the WoTLK discs can I get it from the internet to the USB drive? Or do I need to buy it again?

I asked the last one because I know that after my account got WoTLK everytime I needed to reinstall it to the computer I could do it off of worldofwarcraft.com

If you could help me I would really appreciate it because I am in the hospital and I just had a major surgery so I'll be stuck at home for awhile and playing WoW is what I want to do for this next month.

I don't think so, because WoW implements things in the registry. Unless you can export ALL WoW keys from the registry, save it as one file onto your USB and import it again at other computer (hassles), then it's fine to go though you'll need lots of space (8GB at the little most).

It'll also be very slow.
