You mean, by themselves? That's way beyond html. You'd have to do it with php and mysql.

...there for me? is this hard if i don't know jack about building websites?I used a template and got a little something going for now, but I want to put ads on it for users to post text and a few pictures,is there some help out there for me to do this?Thanks.
Did I mention I don't know anything about building websites?If it's an answer that requires jargon than it won't do me any good unfortunately if it's too beyond a simple fix then now I know....
