I want to put a dvd on my creative zen vision m 30gig? ?

I want to put a few videos on my zen a a full movie or two. i got the cable and just cant figure it out? I know u need to convert it but is there any way other way to put em on. I'm so mad

(can u put youtube videos on it too)
