I want to publish a book of poems and photos as a gift?

I'm looking for a company who can publish one copy with a wizard to talk me through it. I want it to be hardback with a cover and I tried Lulu.com but they want PDF files and mine is Word Processor - if you don't know of a company perhaps you can tell me how to transfer the file? Thanks x
