So, I want to join the cross country team and track & field team and possibly another sport (I'm mainly focusing on cross country though) but, I have a problem. My knee dislocates, I do have a knee brace which does help but I want to know if all the running will just make my knee worse or if my knee will hold me back. And if you have any tips on cross country or my knee etc. let me know.
