I want to paint my wall like this (link included) any ideas?

I want to do something fun and exciting but romantic to my wall. It's just one wall and I have the pattern now that I have this picture http://img2.boundlessgallery.com/images/products/huge/product-103801-1213977947.jpg
Do you think it's a good idea? What are some techniques that could help me to get started?
 
Well if it goes on the actual wall it will be a large effort to change if you grow tired of it. Getting the actual triptych art might be better because its easy to hang as well as easy to take down. Have you ever tried painting on canvas? In my humble opinion, you could probably replicate that on canvas with your own 2 hands - it looks simple enough but i don't know. and it might even save you money but it would definitely have your own personal flair because you did it
