I want to make my forum signature into an html image. html code is appreciated!?

i went on photobucket.
but the html is saying the image is no longer available
i tried <img src="photo name"> and it still hasn't worked. can someone
please tell me how I do this on a website
with forums and my signature appears on the bottom as this? please and thank you
