I want to Lower My Mazda 3. HELP?

In order to not void my warranty Ive read around and found out Using Stock MazdaSpeed3 Parts will do that if installed at the dealer. Im willing to save a few bucks for them to do so. But the question is.

Will stock MazdaSpeed3 Lowering Springs fit in my Mazda 3 I-Model ??

Ive read once before that it creates a dip as the weight so the spring compression ratio is different leaving the rear end higher up then the front? Is this true? Or will it be a win-win situation and fit and cover up the ugly gap between wheel and tire? PLEASE! XD thanks
