i want to lose more weight, this is how much i ate today is it okay?

i had a bowl of cereal 150 calories 15 grapes i dont know how many calories and a peanut butter sandwich which is about 300, is that okay if i want to lose weight i've beeen doing it for about a week
 
I think you should be eating a bit more. And you can eat all the fruit/veggies you want. Go to self.com and click on "what to eat in a week".
