right now.? on my scales , its digital.
no matter what i eat! ( i do admit i dnt eat healthy and lately havent exercised)
but i always jump 71-73.
4 weeks ago i was exercising , i was 73 , got to 69 , and it felt really good to get rid of that 7! but id like modivation id like small goals , like lose 4 kgs , then lose another 4? and gradually get to 53 ish? !
