I want to live in a natural place Mainly Untouched by civilization but don't know

where that would be.? I don't mean completely untouched, but a place that would be something like 75% nature, 25% civilization. That would not be ripped apart and replaced by asphalt and governemental builings. It's my dream to live with nature...the only thing is I have no idea where places like these ARE. Warm places like I described, where small (english speaking) communities live. I've never heard of actual locations like these, only of the idea of them.
can anyone direct me?
 
Tibetean mountains. Dress warm.
New Zealand is slitghtly more civilizational, but it's got warmth and English language.
