We have always had our ups and downs but I love him and tried to work it out because we have kids and have been together 12 years I have stayed with him because i thought I could help him, and it has been great but this past year got tuff out of nowhere he is violent, verbally abusive and just doing his own thing not like a family. So I have a friend who lives far away that will take me in until I can get on my own to feet but I need to get there I finally saved enough for plane tickets but I will need about $1000 more to live off of It may not be enough, but tonite was scarey and if I don't get out soon I'm afraid he might do something to my kids. Help me please!
I would love to have him arrested unfortunately he has to commit the crime to get him arrested like proof and I don't want to create proof with him again it sucks but it is his word against mine

If you own a car you can take a small loan out from a bank using your car as collateral. You give them the title to your car and when you pay the loan off they give you your title back. Wouldn't it be cheaper to sell the car for the money instead of shipping it? Cars right now are cheap and easy to get once you get to the mainland. You can also pawn things from your house. If you are that afraid of him you can get an restraining order.
