I want to learn how to cook?

I'm 14. And I have little experience in cooking. I really want to learn though. Does anyone have or have a link to some good, simple recipes I could start off with? I'm also confused on cooking meat.
 
Learning to cook is basically trial and error. So don't feel bad if you don't get it right away or if you make mistakes. You can start off with recipes on Foodnetwork.com they are sorted by difficulty you can just find the ones that say beginners. If you have any questions just e-mail me!! :)
